These terms apply to feellin.school on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and the web. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are under the age at which you may agree independently in your country, a parent or guardian must help you.
feellin.school is provided by Feellin, a trade name of Arnout Wittebrood, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98185136. Contact: info@feellin.school.
The native app can be used without entering a name, date of birth, email address or password. Sets and progress may remain on the device. Removing the app or losing the device can remove locally stored information.
The current free allowance and available bundles are shown inside the app or web app. A generation is charged only after a usable study set has been delivered. Existing sets can continue to be practised after the free allowance or bundle has been used.
The store shows the price and currency that apply to you before purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases under its own payment and refund rules. Web purchases, when offered, are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. A bundle is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless the purchase screen explicitly says otherwise.
You remain responsible for photographs and other material you submit. Only submit material you may lawfully use. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content that infringes another person’s rights.
AL. uses automated processing to create study material. Results can contain mistakes or omit information. Review a set before studying and use your original learning material as the authoritative source. feellin.school does not guarantee a particular school result or grade.
When you share a test, recipients may see the questions, player names and results required for that shared activity. Photographs and the complete private study set are not intentionally shared through the test link. Do not use an identifying or inappropriate player name.
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, providers, connectivity or technical failures may temporarily affect the service. Automated access, abuse, attempts to bypass security or use that harms other people or the service are prohibited.
Our privacy policy explains which information is processed, why, how long it is retained and which choices and rights you have.
We may update these terms when the product, law or providers change. The version published here applies from its stated update date. Dutch law applies, while mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before the competent court under applicable consumer law.
